Opening Reception: All the Wilder
Monday, Jul 25, 2016, 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Swell Gallery
Second Floor 2565 Third Street

All the Wilder is a show in the spirit of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari’s idea of the rhizome. It is schizophrenic, dense and energetic. It is a playfully, ever-expanding metaphor, a web of interconnected ideas, a rhizome map. It is an experiment in touch with what is real. It aims to construct the unconscious.
Deleuze and Guattari write: “the fabric of the rhizome is the conjunction, “and…and…and…”* All the Wilder is a celebration of this multiplicity.
