In this six week course, students will create several sculptures based on foods, which could include dishes or vessels to contain food. After examining the historical and contemporary work of other ceramic artists, we’ll learn effective hand building techniques, create texture on surfaces, and replicate recognizable food items. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
