Wallace's life involves many forms of art. As a fine artist, his painting medium of distinction is watercolor. He also freelances as DJ, graphic designer, and illustrator. These lines of work began during undergraduate school at Lawrence University as the first student to complete their double degree program for a B.A. and B.M. in Studio Art and Euphonium Performance. He continued exhibiting in Chicago and achieved the rank of Signature Member with the Illinois Watercolor Society for his painting accolades. With aspirations to teach art in higher education, Wallace entered graduate school at San Francisco Art Institute on a M.F.A. Fellowship. His final works in the Vernissage 2018 show earned him the prestigious Outstanding Graduate Award in figuration from the painting department. After graduating in May, while searching for permanent work, he extends his latest thesis by exhibiting and teaching part-time. He currently lives in his home town of Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
