Amanda N. Simons

Amanda N. Simons is an artist, writer, curator, and educator whose interdisciplinary research explores the intersections of gender, love, and law, and the conflicts between how we process literal and visual information. Her visual art practice takes the form of installations, sculptures, paintings, and prints that explore variations in replication. She is currently a K-12 educator at San Francisco's Tinkering School and Brightworks School, a curator with the Queer Cultural Center, and a critical writer for Art Practical.
