As COVID-19 continues to spread across the globe, the SF Bay Area has seen an increase in the number of cases over the past week. As a precautionary measure, SFAI and Aggregate Space Gallery have decided to CANCEL THE CLOSING RECEPTION FOR JEFFERSON PINDER’S “FLASH POINT” EXHIBITION AND MOVE THE ACCOMPANYING LECTURE ONLINE, SCHEDULED FOR THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 13 in order to limit potential close contact with individuals who might be carrying the virus.
We're sorry for any inconvenience that this unfortunate cancellation might cause. We hope that you understand that the health of our community, which includes all of you, is of the utmost importance, and we want to ensure you that we are taking every precaution necessary to keep us all healthy.

SFAI and Cine Club to postpone film screenings scheduled for March 13, 20, and 27

As a precautionary measure, SFAI and Cine Club have decided to POSTPONE THE FILM SCREENINGS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 13 (Mike Leigh’s Mr. Turner), 20 (Roy Andersson’s Songs from the Second Floor), and 27 (Frances Ford Coppola’s Apocalypse Now). The screenings have been rescheduled for March 27, April 3 and 10.
